We are Urban Survivors
We have been in business since 1991, founded in Los Alamos New Mexico. Urban Survivors LLC trained law enforcement and military personnel in hand to hand combat, MMA, edged weapons, use of force, firearms, gorilla team tactics, SWAT tactics, and survival. We contracted with SOF to train contract operators and our some of our students have been featured on Spike TV’s Deadliest Warriors. Our combat system has been credited for saving two service men’s lives and has produced national MMA and Knife fighters. e host tactical and survival training seminars and workshops all over the west (California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico). At these survival seminars we push students to expand their horizons, build confidence, hone self-defense and weapons skills, and create a warrior within. We also host training and consultation to Law Enforcement agencies on fire arms, weapons retention, weapons disarmament, use of force, and officer survival.
Recon Challenge
The Urban Survivors Recon Challenge was first played out in the mountain of Northern New Mexico. A grueling adventure race where each team had to achieve 3 objectives and get out with the best time. This adventure race is back with a new twist.
